Helped officers traveling abroad during the war: the court fined Colonel TCC

NET correspondent with reference to the resolution of the Zolochiv District Court of Lviv region. According to the document, Colonel Petro Marusin, during a service in one of the district shopping center and JV of Lviv region in March and October 2022, unreasonably excluded two reserve officers with the right to travel abroad.

At the time of martial law, the resolution of the Military Medical Commissions (VLK) against reserve officers must be approved by the staff of the regional VLC, otherwise a person cannot be excluded from military accounting. In this case, the documents were improper. It should be noted that at a court session, Petro Marusin did not appear, but filed a statement about his guilt in his negligent attitude towards military service.

Judge of the Zolochiv District Court Volodymyr Sivak, who found the military guilty of administration and awarded him UAH 2,465. Last year, in January 2023, Peter Marusin was also punished by a fine. The court then considered his Renault Duster car management in Brody in a state of intoxication. The colonel did not repeatedly come to court sessions, in March 2023 the military was punished for 17 thousand hryvnias with an annual ban on driving vehicles.

The court's ruling stated that Petro Marusin works in the Zolochiv district shopping center and JV. Meanwhile, in the Odessa region, they exposed a judge who helped the servicemen illegally travel abroad for money. For this service, men paid $ 3. 5 thousand. The Security Service of Ukraine is said to have been conducting illegal activities since April 2022 and during this time the suspect helped to escape more than 1000 evasion.
