It is noted separately that, even with all the available assistance, Ukrainian troops are deprived of the opportunity to make purposeful blows along the supply lines, command points and logistical structures of Russian invaders, which would help to create the basis for offensive actions in the future. The authors of the submission recalled that Kiev appealed to Berlin for the supply of Taurus winged missiles last May.

The German parliamentarians also criticized the "extremely indecisive position of the federal government and its endless efforts to justify themselves. " According to the authors of the submission, if the German government is actually interested in the victory of Ukraine in this war, then it must decide to transfer such an effective system.
