Business in the war: what is the cause of wild chaos in the shopping center and consulates

He sees in this continuation of the dirty business in the war, which lasts for the third year it only seems to me that the two -year Katavasia with the law on mobilization, with the ban on the service in the diploma of those who left abroad, with endless many hours of queues to the shopping center and other games - It is not from inability, not from stupidity, but for the same reason: all involved actively "pack" from the beginning of the war and interrupt this process do not want.

I see no other explanation of the two -year ignoring of the personnel problem of the troops and volunteers of the first set. Everyone was well aware that it could not last forever, that it is impossible to defend the Motherland, for the third year without getting out of the trenches. The solution was also obvious. In our digital age, it is impossible to evade mobilization massively.

I was surprised by the resolutive statement of the Minister and the whole Viceremier Fedorov, who said a few months ago: we will not send the summons through the "action". I wanted to ask: who you are, not your rank of question. Fedorov - in the power of the executive. What they tell him - should do it. And the form of conscription for the protection of the Motherland, which way to send the summons, how to influence deserters is to solve the parliament, the Ministry of Defense . . .

Instead, the shopping center stirred public opinion with wild raids on pedestrians in cities and villages. According to sources in shoulder straps, most often in such patrols are absolutely illegally involved in civil people. These are our old acquaintances - aunts, strong guys from gyms who want to make money. What are they paid from? And from the bribes who pay the citizens caught in the shopping center. You do not want to fight - payment: we will catch new ones.

This is how it all happens for the third year in a row. And then you suddenly need to pass the law and do everything in the honest . . . No-no. Today, it is already feared that many conscripts after two months released by law may not become "evasion" in their own will: they will simply not have time to go through proper procedures in the CCC in view of their overload. This hype is artificial. Now everything but children can be done online.

What are these wild queues, how many man-hours of working people will fly into a pipe through this organizational chaos? But every Ukrainian has a mobile phone, and therefore visible to the authorities. Not everyone has a bank account and a plastic card in a wallet. There are data from employers and also a lot of information "tails" from each being.

Why have the Ministerifters not instructed to combine the necessary databases, develop the software algorithm of the conscription and call the shopping center those you need, not the whole country with a scoop? I will answer you: because in this case, cut $ 5-10 thousand from the deserter will be problematic. I think in Moscow applauded by standing mobilization initiatives of our statesmen. But the Kremlin agents are here to nothing. No policy and spyonomania is just a dirty business in the war.
