The auditors' report shows five reasons why the software to control the troops was poor. Among them is the lack of association with similar NATO systems. The National Anti -Corruption Bureau conducted searches in the case of spending UAH 600 million on poor quality software for the General Staff of the Armed Forces. The searches took place in the premises of the General Staff in 2024, and the case began in 2020.

About the visit of anti -corruption to the headquarters was told at the portal of the Mirror of the Week. The journalists of the publication received information from their own sources in law enforcement agencies. The sources said that on April 25, a search was searched in the General Staff. The reason for the search is criminal proceedings concerning the development of the Bink-AV argument system, which the state has spent more than half a billion hryvnias.

At the same time, at the end of December 2020, a report from the auditors evaluated the quality of development. The auditors counted five shortcomings: journalists also cited a list of persons allegedly involved in the development of the system: one of them signed as a customer, someone as a person who accepts the result.
