On outdated helicopters hunt Ukrainian sea drones: what is wrong with Russian weapons

It is not the first time that there are videos that are displayed as our boats hunt old Soviet Mi-24/35 or Mi-8, Ka-27.

And then there is a completely natural question, and where are the Mi-28n helicopters that have no analogues in the world that Russian warters like to boast so much, but who appeared in the database zone less often than the northern lights? In general, even to patrol the Black Sea, these super -rotating do not apply, and here it would seem - why? The fact is that when the Mi-28 itself appeared, it was already far behind AH-64 Apache.

The Soviet helicopter had a weak weapons complex, which did not provide him with an advantage in the air, and systems, for example, radar, did not optimize the work of the helicopter, but limited it. For 40 years of operation, no drawback of the helicopter has been eliminated. The Mi-28 systems were not only distinguished by their capriciousness and unreliability, but also a critical dependence on the weather conditions that could even lead to the loss of machine control, pilot disorientation.

In the conditions of gloomy weather in Ukraine, in the spring of 2022, the Mi-28 made their pilots blind and deaf, which in turn made their easy target for mobile groups from MSRCs, which they could not even notice, and the complex of weapons did not allow them to be amazed at the maximum distance.
