"Cover" for crimes: The US commented on the visit of Xi Cinpin to the Russian Federation

Anthony Blinken claims that such a step would give the Kremlin the opportunity to fill the loss and go back on the attack at a favorable time. Blinken also suggested that Beijing does not think that Russia should punish war crimes in Ukraine.
