VDSina, in turn, belongs to Selectel, registered in Arab Emirates. It is also noted that the electronic portal of terrorists has been housed on hosting since 2021. At the same time, on October 20, the channel was published by Selectel owners, whose servers were used by terrorists. The Chairman of the Board of Directors and one of the owners Lev Leviev reported that his company did not formally provide Hamas services.
