"Fair mobilization": Dubinsky registered a bill on the call of people's deputies to the Armed Forces (photo)

The bill proposes to exclude from the law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" the mention of people's deputies in terms of delay from conscription for military service during mobilization. Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky registered a bill on the mobilization of officials and deputies. The information about this appeared on the website of Parliament.

Dubinsky proposes to exclude from the Law "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization" from the part of the delay from conscription for military service during the mobilization the mention of the people's deputies.

The author of the bill also requires to remove from the Law "On the Status of the People's Deputy of Ukraine" Article 29, which according to which the People's Deputy "for the term of fulfillment of his powers is released from the conscription for military or alternative (non -military) service, as well as from conscription (or verification) and special meetings. " We will remind that MP Alexander Dubinsky received suspicion from the Prosecutor General through his departure abroad.

The deputy is suspected of entering false data in official documents for further traveling abroad for allegedly to accompany a sick father. Earlier it was reported that on August 3, the SBU was informed that together with the DBR conducted searches by one of the people's deputies. The media wrote that it was about Dubinsky. According to the investigation, the parliamentarian made a trip outside Ukraine, allegedly to accompany for treatment abroad of his father.
