Lawyers from the Bachinsky and Partners Advocacy spoke about the nuances of the issue and shared the details.

"Removed from military accounting" is a temporary concept that does not provide for exemption from the status of a conscript. The person removed from military accounting must perform the duties of military accounting, in particular, regarding the passage of VLK, updating of military accounting data, notification of the territorial center of acquisition and social support about the change of residence and should be on military accounting in another CCC.
