During this week, Russian terrorists used nearly 190 missiles, about 140 Shahaneda and almost 700 managed airplanes - the President of Ukraine's appeal

I wish health, dear Ukrainians, Ukrainians! The first is the gratitude to our defenders of the sky. All the soldiers of mobile fire groups, our aviation, airborne aircraft, all specialists of our HPV. Thank you for every whipped rocket, for every shotgun. Of course, our airboard needs significant strengthening. We are working on this with all partners whose decisions can change the nature of this war and protect our cities and villages from terror.

But now at least some of the missiles and most of the Shahaneda are knocking down our warriors. For this week, from Monday to this day, Russian terrorists have used almost 190 missiles of different types and almost 140 Shakh. Almost 700 controlled aircraft. There have not been a week for more than 2 years of this war, if Russia refrain from terror. And we do our best to make our fair response to this terror the occupation contingent felt the same - every week, every day.

I thank all our heroes who destroy logistics in the occupied territory. Which purify the Crimea and the Black Sea from the presence of the occupier. This is a difficult task, but gradually our warriors perform it. All see it. And, of course, I want to separately note all the elements of our defense and security forces of Ukraine, which "minus" the Russian potential of war.

The less the Putin system will make money that sanctions against it and the physical destruction of the Russian potential of war will be stronger, the faster Ukraine, our Europe and the whole world will feel peace again. Now in some of our areas, work is underway to recover from Russian blows on the night of this Friday. I am grateful to anyone who works without a break in Kharkiv to return electricity and warmth to people. The situation is very difficult.

More than 200 thousand subscribers - apartments and houses - in the city of Kharkiv and in one of the districts of the region without stable power supply, there are quite rigid graphs on electricity. Local authorities, all services, government clearly understand the terms and technical basis for normalizing the situation. In other regions of electricity supply, all consumers have been restored.

Thank you to everyone who has provided this result, and to all in the world, all our partners who supported Ukraine after such a foul attack against our energy. One more. This week gave many results in relationships with partners. The European Union is a decision on the Assistance Fund to Ukraine with a volume of 5 billion euros. This will significantly support our protection. There is also a new macrofin tranche from the European Union - 4. 5 billion euros.

The IMF is a decision about a new tranche, almost $ 900 million. Canada - there are 2 billion Canadian macrofin, direct budget support. There are good results for defense support packages - there are both packages and new ones have been announced. It is artillery, drones, armored vehicles. I just spoke with Prime Minister of Spain Sanchez. And for air defense for Ukraine - we need more systems. We also talked about our interaction with Spain at bilateral and European institutions.

I am grateful to Spain for the consistent support and the constant confidence that life must win. The main thing is not to get tired, not to lose our activity, not to lose faith in Ukraine, in our people and in our opportunity to convey to the world that the enemy of human life has no right to win - Putin has no right to win. He should lose the opportunity to break the lives of others. And only this can be the basis of common security - our people, all Europeans, all over the world.
