It is advantageous for people to carry

Ukraine reported that it would retreat from the Convention on Human Rights: the Armed Forces reacted

It is advantageous for people to carry "nervous gossip". Due to the retreat of Ukraine from obligations under the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights in the Life of Citizens, nothing will change, according to the Lieutenant of the Armed Forces "Alex". Ukraine will depart from obligations under the Convention on the Protection of Human Rights during martial law.

According to the Lieutenant of the Armed Forces with the call sign "Alex", it is only formalities at the level of international legislation. He wrote about it in his Telegram. The military appealed to those who declare that the rights of Ukrainians are allegedly restricted. He stressed that it is necessary to open the Constitution of Ukraine and read Article 64, which has existed since 1996.

"You will not find anything new there, these are the same limitations that everyone has known about what has been spelled out of the existence of the Constitution!" Alex said. According to him, this is what everyone knows what people have lived for a long time. However, they want to give it a resonance, because there are words "restriction of rights". The military believes that it is profitable for some people to carry "nervous gossip".

"Alex" noted that these are only formalities at the level of international legislation that need to be kept under control. After all, the Convention on Human Rights does not have the concept of "martial law", while any restrictions on rights in Europe are unacceptable. Therefore, it is necessary to make written statements with argumentation if Ukrainians want there. "It won't change anything in your life," he added.

We will remind, on April 28 it became known that the Ministry of Justice prepared updated information on temporary retreat from obligations under the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. In particular, the statement of partial indentation refers to Nate that martial law has been introduced in Ukraine for some time.
