" The Turkish President stressed that during the negotiations, the leaders of the two countries will give the "necessary messages of the world", and this will be especially relevant to Africa.

Earlier, the Milliyet Turkish newspaper, citing sources, reported that in negotiations with Putin Erdogan may propose to organize direct negotiations between the parties to the conflict in Ukraine. Negotiations in Sochi will be the first full -time meeting of Putin and Erdogan since October 2022. The last Putin and Erdogan met in October at a summit in Kazakhstan, they discussed food supply to the countries that need it.
