He noted that during the strikes on July 8 rockets flew at "extremely low" heights. In some cases, the Ukrainian air defense forces had to try to intercept the winged missiles flying at an altitude of only 50 meters above the ground.

Analysts noted that since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Ukrainian air defense has had high beats for certain types of winged missiles, especially the older X-101. Therefore, the assumption of Ignati on the use of winged rockets by Russian forces at such low altitudes indicates that they may have improved their tactics or technology to cause maximum losses to Ukrainian infrastructure. And air defense has virtually no time to respond until the rocket is in close proximity to the Earth.

In addition, according to Ignati, the invaders reduce the electromagnetic signatures of drones until the last moment to prevent them from detecting Ukrainian forces. This means that by the time the Ukrainian forces are revealed by the drone, the rocket he accompanies may be close to the target. Russia constantly adapts its striking packages, which it directs against Ukraine, taking into account the lack of Ukrainian air defense products.
