The collection of former deputy of the City Council of Odessa gathered rare representative cars. They were demonstrated at the exhibition in Moscow, organized by the FSO of the Russian Federation. The former deputy of the Odessa City Council transferred to the Russian Federation a collection of rare ancient cars. According to the SBU, their total cost is $ 10 million. This was reported on the site of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor's Office.

The investigation found that the expD cooperated with the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. He handed over a collection of retroauto for the exhibition at the Museum-Exhibition Center of the FSO Automobile and Motocycle Club in Moscow, which was dedicated to the 95th anniversary of a special purpose government garage. The collection has 8 rare representative cars mainly Soviet and Russian production. The only exception is Packard Twelve in 1936.

Also in the collection were assembled the 1947 ZI-110B, ZIL-111A 1966, ZIL-111g and 111D 1966 and ZIL-41041 1998, as well as the armored ZIS-115 1953 and ZIL-41051 1985. The cars were used for propaganda purposes, and the former MP was awarded the Certificate of the FSO of the Russian Federation. The case is currently investigating the SBU. The ex-exputate was informed in absentia of suspicion of awards agency (Part 1 of Article 111-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
