Alisher Usmanov bought a whole estate on the shore of the Alpine Lake Tegernze, but due to the invasion of Russia's troops in Ukraine fled from there. Now a rich house of more than 700 square meters is looking for a new owner. In the German community, Campen on the shore of the Alpine Lake Tegernze sells a luxurious real estate object. The price of the villa is over 25 million euros, it is considered the most expensive in Germany, writes the German edition of Merkur.

The object is located in a picturesque place on a land plot of 4700 square meters. Initially, Villa was bought for 7. 8 million euros, and millions of dollars were spent on repairing it. The area of the house is 735 square meters, it contains four bedrooms and bathrooms on two upper floors, a bath of 750 square meters and a 20-meter pool. The villa for sale was set up by the arbitration manager Ulrich Kramer after the court's decision.

According to him, the district court in the Bavarian city of Wolfrashausen told to satisfy the claim of the creditors of the offshore company Tegernsee (IOM) Limited, which purchased the villa in 2011 at the price of 7. 2 million euros. Kramer notes that this company has proven to be insolvent, and now the villa is sold at the expense of repayment of the bankrupt company. Russian oligarch Alisher Usmanov lived in a villa in Germany for many years and has used it as a home.

But on February 28, 2022, the "sweet life" was over: the businessman left the gorgeous villa in four days after the invasion of Russian troops into Ukraine. After the Great War, Usmanov was on the EU sanctions list as a "favorite oligarch of Putin" and since then the villa is empty. A little later, he had to deal with German investigators. The Munich Prosecutor's Office continues to investigate Usmanov's suspicion of taxes.

Since 2015, the house has been managed by an offshore company of twelve employees in Rothtes-Egerne. The German wave adds that Usmanov found himself off the coast of Tegernze because of health problems: he treated his eyes with a Munich doctor. "The charm of this unique town of Rottta-Egern is that I felt at home in Uzbekistan," the German media quoted. Recall that in Italy sell a villa, built in the 1950s by the son of the founder of the fashionable Gucci House Aldo Gucci.
