Nowhere in the world should there be the power in such words as "occupation", "captivity", "deportation" - a speech of the President at the parliamentary summit of the Crimean Platform

The road is Latvin! All participants of the Crimean Platform summit! Dear our real friends! Glad to see you at the third summit of our Crimean platform. Thank you all for your participation in the summit, for your kind words about Ukraine and for the support provided by us. The number of state flags in this hall now indicates that Russia has fallen in the main one for her since the 14th, namely: Putin failed to commit an international crime part of the norm for peoples.

It was from the capture of Crimea that Russia's attack on the system of international law began. But to steal the land of another people, deport those who resist, and break the life of the whole nation - that is, everything that Russia does - will never be accepted by the international community. For all states, it is equally valuable to maintain sovereignty, territorial integrity and the right to determine their future. This is based on the UN Statute.

Not that someone can decide to burn the life of a neighboring people or deport it, as Moscow has repeatedly done with the peoples of our region, but for completely different purposes and principles. The UN Statute is a true peace, not how to normalize the war.

And now, when some of the leaders of the states gathered at the Putin Summit in Kazan and when in fact this summit can move the military from North Korea closer to the front in Ukraine under the accompaniment Not the one who destroys and deportes, but the one who unites peoples on the basis of fundamental human values ​​and the UN Charter.

Almost two years ago, at the Group of Twenty Groups, I suggested a formula of peace in Indonesia, which could restore the full effectiveness of the goals and principles of the UN Charter and to really protect life from aggression. It is not only about Ukraine. If we are successful in completing this war fairly, then any other people who can plan such aggression will be sure that the world will be enough strength and unity to protect international law.

Therefore, I ask you all to be active and truly adamant. The offender should not win from this war. We need to stand in the battles that continue on earth in Ukraine. We should also stand in the battles that last in the plane of diplomacy. Russia evades true diplomacy and does not want to give stolen. But we must force them to do it. That is, we need to strengthen Ukraine and our common positions with you.

Ukraine has presented the victory plan to partners, which contains everything you need to deprive Russia of any alternatives that it now expects, except for fair peace. The first is that Ukraine has long deserved geopolitical certainty, and this is an invitation to NATO, which is the right of every democratic nation in Europe. The second is the defense. We are all equally interested in making Putin not successful on the front. The third is restraint.

It is important for everyone that the war is over and not recovered. The fourth is economic cooperation. We must work together for the economic power of our peoples. And fifth is safety. We must guarantee reliable security. All this gives a plan of victory. I ask you to be lawyers of these points in your capitals and in conversations with partners. When the Victory Plan is fully implemented, we will see Russia at the Peace Summit. We will see the realized formula of peace.

We will see the fully restored effectiveness of the goals and principles of the UN Charter. Today, on International UN Day, it is especially necessary to say it. To say when the goal for which the UN was created is not protected by the UN Council and not even the UN functionaries, but here are the formats of cooperation such as the Crimean Platform or as a Summit of Peace.

And I would like to remind international bureaucracy and political leaders that today the UN Day is worldwide, not somewhere in Kazan.   Dear participants of the Crimean Platform! I thank you for being all today - together. Thank you that all this time you help fight for justice for our land and all our people, and especially those who need to be released from Russian occupation, from Russian captivity, from Russian deportation.

I know that among you are representatives of the Crimean Tatar people and now is Nariman Jalal, a representative of the Crimean Tatar community, the indigenous people of Crimea. A person who has undergone Russian captivity is repression and imprisonment. And his freedom is proof that unity and determination can make reality even what seemed impossible. Nowhere in the world should there be the power in such words as "occupation", "captivity", "deportation". We must achieve a real peace.
