Russian Su-30 with Israeli weapons: The Air Force has tested the Crystal Maze II rocket

The Indian Air Force during the trials worked out a scenario of struck by Pakistan. At the same time, the range of a new rocket, more than 250 km, allows the aircraft to be out of reach of the enemy's air defense. India's air forces conducted the Crystal Maze-II Israeli Rocket, using the Russian-made Su-30mki fighters as a platform. The test of this type of weapons is due to the fact that India intends to produce the latest missiles using Israeli technologies.

This was reported on April 24 by The Eurasian Times. The material states that Crystal Maze-II is a ballistic air base rocket. One of its distinctive features is the ability to effectively impress goals at distances exceeding 250 kilometers. The observers say that successful tests of the rocket were conducted as part of the work of the scenario of strike on objects in Balakota in Pakistan.

Thus, the armed Crystal MAZE-II fighters of the Su-30 mi will be able to strike outside the reach of Pakistani air defense. Such tactics, added by the authors of the publication, have repeatedly justified itself during hostilities in Ukraine. The Crystal Maze-II rocket is an advanced precursor to Crystal Maze-I, which has previously been armed with India Air Force.

The new weapon iteration belongs to the class of "Air-Touch" missiles with increased range with a cougar warhead designed to defeat highly valuable stationary and moving goals with high accuracy. Such purposes may include long -range radars and complex air defense systems, deployed by a potential opponent. The rocket platform can be not only fighters, but also bombers that provide flexibility in use.

In this case, the aircraft does not have to keep control over the rocket after starting, as the management can be transferred to another platform, while the aircraft will leave the territory safely. The Crystal Maze-II export versions have two types of combat part: a 340 kg fugitive warhead or a 360 kg warhead. Earlier it was reported that India is preparing to conduct large-scale air training "Gaganshakti-2024" in response to air maneuvers of Pakistan's combat aircraft.
