According to the prosecutor's office, Russian invaders attacked civilian infrastructure with RSSL. As a result, at least 5 private homes were destroyed. On Tuesday, November 28, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation fired at the Sumy region. There are wounded and dead, including a child. This was reported by the press service of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office on Facebook. The occupiers were reported to hit civilian infrastructure from the rocket launcher (RSSU).

Under the blow came the city of the middle-building. At least five private homes were destroyed as a result of the attack, rescuers were taken out of the rubble of two dead women and two wounded men from the rubble. In addition, a car in which a man and his 7-year-old stepfathers were fired. The child died in hospital from the injuries.

Under the procedural guidance of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, a pre -trial investigation into violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) is carried out. Law enforcement officers document the effects of shelling. The pre -trial investigation is carried out by investigators of the SBU management in Sumy region.

We will remind, on November 28 the Security Service of Ukraine declared suspicion to the Russian general Sergey Kobylyashev, who ordered the rocket strike on an apartment building in Uman. On November 28, the NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg warned that the Russian Federation intended not only to continue attacks in Ukraine this year, but also to significantly strengthen them.
