The prosecutor's office reported the opening of criminal proceedings on violation of the laws and customs of war, combined with premeditated murder (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code). As they later specified in the Kherson Regional State Administration, two people were killed at a stop, another woman was killed in the store where the wreckage of ammunition was hit. There is also an entry into the housing stock. The prosecutor's office added that the shelling of the city was ongoing.
We will remind, the Russians carried out another massive shelling of cities of Ukraine on March 9. "Arrivals" in Kiev, Odessa, Vinnitsa, Kropyvnytsky, Zhytomyr and Lviv region were reported. On March 9, the Russians released 81 rocket across Ukraine. The Commander -in -Chief of the Armed Forces Valery Zaluzhny reported that the Air Force forces managed to knock down 34 winged missiles and 4 UAVs. The strikes of Russian rockets came in critical infrastructure and civilian facilities.
