According to local residents, there were two powerful explosions in the city at three minutes. According to one version, UAVs could affect the synthetic rubber plant. On the night of October 21 to 22, drones attacked the city of Efremov in the Tula region of Russia, which could result in a heat power plant. This was reported by Roszma, "previously, drones could fall in the area of ​​the local TPP," - the message reads. According to local residents, at least two explosions were heard in the city.

The first residents of Efremov were heard at 02:10, the second at 02:13. At the same time, a video posted on social networks shows a fire that arose as a result of a drone attack. According to one version of the UAV, a local synthetic rubber plant could be affected. There was no official information at the time of the material. We will remind, on the night of October 21 to 22, Russian occupation troops struck the amounts, resulting in damaged houses.
