"Exchange of experience can begin with other military services, such as strategic missile troops. Russia has announced that China has been helping China in the development of an early warning system," Zhang said. In addition, close cooperation between the military academies of the two countries is expected, which will expand the exchange of personnel in the field of officers training, as well as the study of military theory, the expert said.

As for the crisis in Ukraine, Zhang stressed, the position of China will remain unchanged-it is the promotion of peace and negotiations, not to giving weapons to any of the parties to the conflict. Recall that Chinese diplomats continue to advocate for the idea of ​​peace talks between Russia and Ukraine.
