Mobilization in Ukraine: when the call will end and whom they will be taken into the army first

According to the law, mobilization is subject to men and women who are recognized by the VLK suitable for the performance of combat duties. In Ukraine, general mobilization is carried out and martial law was introduced, which was extended by at least November 15. As part of this decision, all men who do not have a deferral are called under the call. This is stated in the Order of the MoD No.

402 in connection with the continuation of the active phase of hostilities and the offensive of defense forces in different directions, as well as increased storms by Russian troops in the East, the need for mobilization for the Ukrainian army will probably not decrease. Therefore, it is likely that you can continue mobilization for 90 days in November, that is, until February 13, 2023.

Suitability for service in the Ukrainian army is determined in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Defense No. 402 and the amendments made to it, as stated in the Order of MO No. 490. The list of categories of citizens who cannot be called without their consent is defined in Article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "On Mobilization Training and Mobilization". These categories include persons who have a delay from service.

Mobilization is forbidden for men who have been sentenced to punishment for serious or particularly serious crimes. Also, persons aged 18 to 60 are excluded from this process, who have not been on military registration and are not called for military service in accordance with the law.

In Ukraine, it is stipulated that the Military Medical Commission (VLK) can identify men limited to military service during martial law in cases where their disease is not so serious that they are completely excluded from the list of conscripts, but these men are not able to perform combat Tasks, especially in assault units. The CCCs also have the right to call men who are recognized as limited.

These men can perform military service at the CCC, as well as in other non -fuel tasks, such as work in warehouses, in staffs and in the rear, as provided by law. Recall that a representative of the Poltava Regional Criminal Code and JV Major Roman Istomin stated that men who are entitled to delay, but who were mobilized at their own request, can serve at the place of residence.
