Elena Zelenskaya honored the memory of children who died as a result of Russian aggression against Ukraine

The first lady of Ukraine Elena Zelenska took part in the event on the occasion of International Day of innocent Children - Victims of Aggression and the Day of Honoring the Remembrance of Children who died as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine. The event was held on the territory of the Memorial Complex "National Museum of History of Ukraine in the Second World War".

The attendees got acquainted with the exposition "Unwritten Books of Life" and also put toys on the location of "Martyrologist of children", honoring the memory of young Ukrainians who was killed by the Russian aggressor state. The president's wife stressed that 550 children have been killed in Ukraine since the beginning of a full -scale invasion. “I turn to the international community again: help us save our children. We cannot measure the price of their lives with aircraft.

Therefore, I turn to all those present: our children need salvation. This salvation is a protected sky. This salvation is a punishment for their murderers. This salvation is the liberation of 19,000 kids stolen from Russian captivity. This salvation is a stop of aggression, ”said Elena Zelenska. The memory of the dead children was honored with a moment of silence. The event was organized by the advisor - the Presidential President of Ukraine and Children's Rehabilitation Darya Gerasimchuk.
