Mobilization 2024: What services are not available to men without a military ticket

Eductors from mobilization in Ukraine are restricted in access to some services. Their list is different for those who are inside the country and those who are abroad. On June 11, Justice Minister Denis Masuska warned that the evaders from mobilization in Ukraine would be increasingly denied in non -critical services. On June 24, the lawyer Marina Becalo explained in the commentary "TSN" what restrictions are currently.

Men between the ages of 18 and 60 are no longer receiving consular services abroad, if there are no military accounting documents. This, for example, includes: there are exceptions: in the territory of Ukraine without a military ticket it will not work: "To register the right to real estate-land, housing or non-residential real estate-without a military accounting document is still possible,"-said the lawyer.

It is also possible to issue ownership of movable property, that is, tracebox, without a military ticket. However, according to Becalo, the situation will change and men are waiting for new restrictions. The lawyer does not exclude that there will be changes in the issues of state registration of rights to movable and real estate.
