In parallel, two more boards continue, and in general the experimental party will consist of three aircraft. This was reported by the press service of Rostech. The company notes that modernization will allow you to equip Yet-130M Air-air missiles and high-precision aircraft aircraft "Air-top" with satellite and laser systems. According to them, the new machine will retain opportunities for the preparation of combat pilots and at the same time will acquire the qualities of a combat aircraft.
To do this, new onboard complexes and systems are integrated into the aircraft, among them: Ukrainian analysts from Defense Express noted that in the conditions of the "Dipestraki" campaign, the territory of the Russian Federation can be interesting as a role as-130M in combating UAV.
According to experts, theoretically aircraft with the installed radar and an optical-electronic station in the suspension container could use high-precision air-land with laser and satellite guidance, as well as weapons of the air-air-air type, which helps to use the machine.
Among the mentioned weapons systems-a controlled C-8L missile with a semi-automatic laser guide, which was previously intended for UAV "Termit" and even allegedly launched into a series, but analysts express doubts about series and readiness. The comments also emphasized that neither the Both-13MM nor its individual components (including C-8L) have received confirmed orders for serial production or operation, and the prospects for mass implementation remain unknown.
"Although the remedy to counteract UAVs can come out, none of its components is now ready for use. However, if this changes, another problem may be added to the same anti -aircraft drones," - summed up in Defense Express. Earlier it was reported that "Roboronexport" declared the stable interest of foreign customers in the upgraded Yak-13m, which is positioned as a lightweight assault and training aircraft. It was noted that potential buyers are the countries of the Asian-Pacific and Africa.
