The head of the Ryl district Belousov does not recommend returning to people who have left. He stated that the Armed Forces were already nearby. The city of Rylsk Kursk region of Russia continues to be in a stable stressful environment. This was stated by the head of the district Andriy Bilousov. He believes that, despite relative peace, it is dangerous to stay in the Ryl district in the Ryl district. "The enemy is nearby, and from different sides," he said.

The official stated that in the event of an emergency, it is possible not to leave. "I convincingly urge Rylyan not to go home to improve the situation with security," he said. It is worth noting that the decision on voluntary resettlement from the 10-kilometer zone in the Ryl district was approved on August 8.
