US military assistance: To Ukraine will send long -range missiles for HIMARS and PATROTOT - NYT

To spread: Ukraine will receive an additional package of weapons from the United States. The Armed Forces will receive new long -range missiles for HIMARS and Patriot air defense. This was reported by the American newspaper The New York Times (NYT) with reference to a representative of the US Congress. The United States approved the transfer of 125 rockets to Himars and 100 more missiles for Patriott. After that, weapons will be sent to Ukraine. "The critical weapons are produced in the States.

Without the US approval, it cannot be exported, even if another country owns it," the sources said. Next, NYT notes the readiness of European leaders and investors to invest more money in weapons. Industrial managers and experts predict that the establishment of production lines will take decades. The interlocutors of the newspaper say that the flow of weapons to Ukraine from Europe will continue if US supplies are over.
