This passport is currently valid.

Regarding the internal passport of the Russian Federation, in 2017, representatives of the mayor appealed to the Russian authorities to cancel it. The court in the Moscow region really canceled the document, but emphasized that his refusal of the passport did not relieve the citizenship of the Russian Federation, obtained legally. Thus, Trukhanov continues to remain a citizen of Russia.
