Artists from the Russian Federation, including the organization of such tour, are also forbidden. However, the law introduces a list of Russian performers - the so -called "white letter", which includes Russian citizens who condemn military aggression against Ukraine. The above restrictions do not apply to them. To do this, they or their legal representatives should submit an official request to the Security Service of Ukraine.
The law that came into force applies not only to the music of Russian performers. It also refers to acoustic violence in public transport. The Committee of Humanities and Information Policy of Ukraine reminded this on Facebook. In particular, since today, drivers of minibuses and passenger buses have no right to turn on any music, movies or other sounds in the salon other than information about the trip. New rules apply to both city and suburban and long -distance flights.
These restrictions also apply to passengers. The public transport driver can land people if they listen to music/watching movies without headphones, interfering with other passengers. During irregular transportation or taxi, music can be broadcast with the consent of all passengers and the driver itself. We will remind, on June 19 the Verkhovna Rada banned Russian music in media and public places in Ukraine. Focus also understood why Russian culture should be abolished in Ukrainian society.
