The US and Russia are preparing to confront the UN through the use of nuclear weapons in space. Yes, the states initiated the vote in the Radbeza for the project of the resolution, which calls for preventing arms race in outer space, which Reuters writes.

According to journalists, Russia is expected to block the draft resolution. At the same time, Washington has already accused Moscow of developing a sipping nuclear weapon, which should be brought into space. However, these accusations were rejected in the Russian Federation. US Ambassador to the UN Linda Thomas Grinfield and Japan Ambassador to the UN Yamazaki Kazuyuyuki stated that they were negotiating with members of the Security Council on the Resolution Project for six weeks.

The document stipulates that states must comply with the space agreement and actively contribute to the achievement of peaceful use of outer space.
