There is a clear list of grounds for exclusion and are prescribed in the rules of military accounting. The exclusion is to be excluded: if a person is grounds for exclusion, he or she must personally appear in the CCC and JV and submit the relevant documents confirming this basis. In the registration excluded from the accounting document is not taken away, it simply puts a stamp, data is entered and the mark "excluded from military accounting" must be put.
Exclusion information is also entered in the Unified electronic register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists. Excluded from accounting are non -military and can go abroad during martial law. Lawyers emphasize that it is not necessary to confuse the concepts of "exclusion from military accounting" and "removal from accounting". Unlike exclusion, removal is a temporary concept that does not mean release from the status of a conscript.
