In addition, the Hero of Ukraine emphasized that the invaders in this direction want to apply the troops of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov. According to Lytvyn, this testifies to the low moral and psychological state of the enemy, since the Cadyrivs were appointed to control the main troops of Russia, so that they do not leave their positions, but control them to the latter. The officer also noted that the conditions of the modern war provide constant improvements.
