Western embassies in Ukraine are actively warning their citizens about a massive air attack by the Russian army on November 20. Meanwhile, the Ukrainian military command is in no hurry to declare an increased danger and recommends listening to alarm signals. The US Embassy in Ukraine has warned US citizens about the probable "significant air attack" of the Russian army on November 20. Dipanus was closed, its staff were instructed to be in shelters.

Similarly, the embassies of Italy, Spain and Greece were done: due to danger, they declared a day off. The Center for Combating Misinformation at NSDCs spoke about the accumulation of Russian reserves X-101, "caliber" and ballistic shells on a series of massive blows in Ukraine. Strategic aviation and submarines are ready to carry out combat missions.

Meanwhile, the Kyiv City Military Administration (KMVA) is in no hurry to introduce additional warnings for Ukrainians about the threat of rocket strike in the capital.
