Volunteers also perform a constitutional duty: the Armed Forces commented on the situation with Sternenko

Provision of Ukrainian units with drones of various modifications is a vital help, stated in the Land Forces. However, the CCC and JV have the right to mobilize citizens to fulfill a constitutional obligation. The Ukrainian Armed Forces highly value the contribution and assistance of Ukrainian volunteers in the fight against Russian invaders. According to the Land Forces, this also applies to effective cooperation with the defense forces of public figure Sergei Sternenko.

It is noted that in the face of confrontation with an enemy, which prevails in live power and equipment, providing combat units with drones of various modifications is a vital help. At the same time, as the Armed Forces emphasized, the mobilization of citizens is carried out by the decision of territorial centers of acquisition and social support (TCC and JV), which are entitled to hand over the military conscripts for clarification of credentials, passing medical examinations and mobilization.

According to Art. 65 of the Constitution, protection of independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine is a constitutional duty of citizens. And a large number of public activists and volunteers came to the ranks of the Armed Forces, performing it. "It is only in consolidation and unity that the power of Ukrainians and the key to victory over the insidious, primordial Russian enemy," the Land Forces report reads.

If the conscript citizen has health problems, then when he was added to the JSC, the issue of his military service is resolved during the Passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK). On November 6, the edition of "Stran" reported that the Ukrainian volunteer and blogger Sergei Sternenko was wanted by the Seaside Shopping Center and JV Odessa.

There was a document at the disposal of journalists that the activist was allegedly wanted after violating the rules of military accounting and did not appear on the summons. Sergiy Sternenko himself noted that six years ago he moved from Odessa to Kiev, registered in the military enlistment office and updated military documents in time. He posted a screenshot of the "Reserve+" application, on which it is noticeable that the shopping center is not looking for it.

Later, the Odessa Regional Tax Code and JV reported that volunteer Sergey Sternenko allegedly appeared in the Primorsky District Center for Equipment and paid a fine for violation of the rules, and not because he was "criticizing the Ukrainian military command". Serhiy Sternenko believes that the commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Alexander Sirsky allegedly ordered him to be wanted.
