Bayraktar drones returned to battle: expert explained why it's bad for Russia (video)

According to a military expert, the Armed Forces managed to delay or hit many air defense systems, so it was time for the glorious "barkarists" to show all their power again. The Bayraktar TB-2 Turkish drones, which helped save Ukraine from the rapid promotion of Russian invaders, again noticed on the battlefield. This is written in his article for Forbes expert David AKS and states that their appearance in the sky is a "sinister sign for Russia".

David AKS reminds that Bayraktar TB-2 showed themselves perfectly at the beginning of the war, when the forces of the invaders were too stretched and the air defense did not have time to cover them. At that time, the huge amount of equipment and the enemy's live power became the prey of this Turkish drone. However, over time, when the front was leveled and the Russians intensified their air defense systems, these drones became increasingly difficult to fulfill their missions.

Due to the not too high speed and low flight height, they became the prey of the air defense of the Russian Army. According to the UAV analyst and expert at the Center for Naval Analysis of Semeel Bendett, Ukraine received 50 Baracariv last year, but by the end of 2022 they practically disappeared from the battlefield.

The expert drew attention to a few fresh videos that appeared on the social network X (former Twitter), which shows the Bayraktar TB-2 tracks the cargo boat of the invaders, after which it is struck. The Armed Forces began to use such drones in battle, and this indicates that Ukrainians managed to restore the number of these UAVs. In addition, the emergence of these drones in the sky testifies to the degradation of air defense of Russians in the south of Ukraine. "It was not cheap.

Bayraktar TB-2 installation with management equipment and six gliders can cost up to $ 100 million," the expert notes. Since the beginning of the counter -offensive on June 4, Ukrainian forces, which use high -precision ammunition - artillery, bombs, missiles and drones - are constantly undermining Russian anti -air defense in the south of the country. Only on the Southern Front did the Ukrainians fail at least 13 PUCs, which confirm independent analysts.

Such dynamics, according to David Aksa, forced the Russians to delay their air defense, which allows "bayrats" to act much more free. "It will probably come when the umbrella of the SCR over the whole areas will collapse, giving" bayrats "even more freedom to fulfill their missions in the occupied territories and will allow you to strike Russian battalions and supply columns," David notes. Earlier, Focus reported that Ukraine received a gift from Turkey on Independence Day Bayraktar TB2.
