Cognac, military ticket and sausage: a list of items that cannot be sent by mail

There was a similar list in Ukraine before, but the government had to approve a new one, since in May 2023 a new law on postal communication began in Ukraine. Ukrainians were restricted to a list of things that can be sent by mail. New restrictions relate to food, money and some documents. This is stated in Government Resolution No. 958. Yes, it is now forbidden to send in Ukraine: in international parcels it is forbidden to send: the Cabinet's decision applies to all postal operators of the country.

"If postal departments are detected in the postal items and substances prohibited for forwarding, the postal operator returns them to the sender or takes measures to remove them," the decision reads. Meanwhile, the co -founder of "New Mail" Volodymyr Porzhnyuk stated that by this resolution the government once again proved that the only thing that the official creates is prohibitions that do not apply to him personally.

"But they concern other people and prevent them from creating products, developing an economy and interacting voluntarily," a businessman wrote on his Facebook page. It should be noted that such a list in Ukraine still existed, but in April 2023 in the Ministry of Community Development, Territories and Infrastructure, they explained that the government should update it, since in May in Ukraine the new law "On Postal Communication in Ukraine ".
