Mobilizations can be subject to different categories of Ukrainians, but in the fall it will be primarily touched: there are categories of citizens who are not subject to mobilization, but they can do it voluntarily. It is about: lawyer Rostislav Kravets added separately that the Verkhovna Rada has reduced the age of conscripts to 25 years, but in fact it does not work. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has never signed these changes.
"In fact, up to 27 years old, if a person does not serve, they cannot mobilize it, because we do not have conscripts now. If a person is not suitable and excluded from military account, then they cannot mobilize it. Also, persons dismissed from places cannot mobilize serving sentences that committed serious or particularly serious crimes, " - the message reads.
