According to the head of Odessa Ova, the rocket damaged the administrative building in the center of Odessa and affected the building of Chinese diplomats. The building of the Consulate General of the Chinese People's Republic, located in Odessa on Nakhimova Street, 2 was injured during a night rocket-a-okola strike in the city. This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleg Kiper.

"The aggressor deliberately beats the port infrastructure - the administrative and dwellings around, as well as the Consulate of the People's Republic of China, said that the enemy does not pay attention to anything," Kiper said. On the night of July 20, the Russian rocket destroyed the administrative building in the city center, claimed the life of a 21-year-old security guard, and eight more, including three rescuers, were injured.
