The incident, according to journalists, occurred on the Dudinka River at a time when the plane tried to gain altitude. Both people were on board. "During the take -off from the Dudinka River, there was a private hydrolyzer. There were 2 people on board," the message reads. According to the report of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies in Russia on the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the plane crashed on the river bank, after which he caught fire. Both people were on board. According to the Russian Telegram channel Baza, the plane gained height, then it was spread to the right. Hydrolitak fell ashore and exploded.
