Ivan Fedorov announced details of a blow to the occupiers in Melitopol (photo: RIA Melitopol) On the night of Monday, August 8, high -precision rockets from HIMARS HIMARS was hit by a blow to the temporary deployment of occupation troops of the Russian Federation at industrial sites in different areas of Melitopol. The mayor of Ivan Fedorov reported on Telegram. According to preliminary estimates, a considerable amount of military equipment and more than 100 invaders were destroyed.

Fedorov noted that last week a large part of the air defense invaders was relocated from Melitopol to Kherson. “Today is the most effective night and shows that existing enemy PVO units are no longer able to resist Himars. The weakening of the PVO system creates the necessary preconditions for a successful counter -offensive in the Melitopol direction, ”he wrote.
