They did not give up their intentions: the Russian Federation changed tactics in the hybrid war against Moldova - the Ministry of Internal Affairs

According to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova Adrian Efros, the statements of the Russian authorities about the inability of Chisinau to cope with the crisis can also be attributed to the elements of a hybrid war. In Moldova, a hybrid war, unleashed by the Russian authorities, continues in full swing, while the Russian Federation did not give up its intentions - it simply changed tactics.

On March 24, the Minister of Internal Affairs of Moldova Adrian Efros said in Podcast Ziarul de GARDIS, which is written by the Moldavian newspaper Newsmaker. "We are in a state of full -scale hybrid war. And it has intensified since the beginning of the invasion of Ukraine. Ukrainian troops restrain the offensive, so the Russian Federation has changed tactics, but did not refuse to get Moldova.

We see attempts to destabilize the situation in the country, unlawful funding , attempts to buy an electorate by different methods, "the minister said. At the same time, Efros emphasized that there are no signs of a military threat now - Moldova is not threatened by military invasion. "Yes, there are attempts to interfere with our internal affairs, but society must remain calm and trust the bodies that provide public order," he added.

In addition, the Minister stressed that the statements of the Russian authorities about the inability of Chisinau to cope with the crisis can also be attributed to the elements of a hybrid war. "It is an attempt to demonstrate the government's inability to cope with the crisis. But this is a lie, we keep the situation under control," he said. We will remind, the Moldavian authorities have repeatedly expressed about the Russian threat in the country.

Earlier, President May Sandu stated that despite the absence of a military invasion of Moldova now, the Republic faces a hybrid war because "Russia is trying to destabilize the situation" in the country and to establish a pro -Russian government. On February 28, analysts of the Institute of War Study stated that the Kremlin is likely to resort to hybrid operations to destabilize the situation in Moldova. Russian President Vladimir Putin can postpone hostilities for a later date.
