The Russian Federation decided to exchange animals from Kherson region: what the occupiers thought of

The invaders are not for the first time exporting animals from the Askania-Nova Reserve to the Tiggan safari in the temporarily occupied Crimea. The composition of the Exchange Fund is currently unknown. The occupiers decided to exchange animals from the Askania-Nova Reserve, which is located on a temporarily seized Kherson region, with a private safari park "Tiggan" from annexed Crimea. This was reported by the head of the park Oleg Zubkov in an interview with the Russian "Vesti".

He noted that an animal exchange agreement was signed between the reserve and the park. As a result, animals will be brought to the peninsula from the Kherson region, while mammals from the Crimea will appear in the reserve after 28 days. "There should be an exchange among zoos, it is a couple. Couples can live all their lives and not reproduce because they do not fit each other biologically or other parameters," Oleg Zubkov said.

According to him, there are also animals that have "disappeared from the collection", but they want to see the management of the reserve. The legitimate director of the Askania-Nova Reserve, Viktor Shapoval in a comment up, reported that he was unknown to the hostile ideas of further animal exchange and the composition of the Exchange Fund. Earlier, he noted that the invaders had already taken out exotic and expensive animals from the reserve in Kherson region.

In particular, it is about Chapman zebra, which are most value from the zoo collection. We will remind, on June 29 the deputy chairman of the Kherson regional council Yuri Sobolevsky informed that the invaders export animals from the Biosphere Reserve "Askania-Nova" to the territory of the Russian Federation and in Crimea. He stressed that the export of animals is controlled by Oleg Zubkov, the head of the Taigan safari park in Crimea.
