Two Western, three Soviet: what planes of the Armed Forces changed the course of war with the Russian Federation - analyst

To spread: In the first days of the invasion of the Russian Federation, the military aviation of Ukraine maintained control over airspace, acting on old and cheap aircraft of the Soviet Union. Over time, the aircraft has been replenished with Western models that made a "transformation jump". Ukraine resists the air pressure of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation thanks to five major military aircraft, said analyst Harrison Cass on the National Interest portal.

It is about the Air Force Air Force, which included F-16 Fighting Falcon, Mirage 2000, MiG-29 Fulcrum, Su-27 Flanker and Su-25 Frogfoot. The analyst briefly described the characteristics of aircraft and explained how they influenced the tactics of the Russian Federation in Ukraine and the overall course of war. Earlier, Focus wrote about changes in the Armed Forces Aviation through France. In particular, Paris gave the Ukrainians Miage-2000D planes that are able to launch Scalp-EG missiles.
