"No fact of sale": Zelensky denied ISW's statement on sending Iran rockets to the Russian Federation (video)

Ukrainian services in contact with partners are dealing with the probable supply of Iranian missiles to Russia. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky denied information on the supply of Iranian missiles Fateh-110 and Zolfaghar to the Russian Federation, published by the Institute of War (ISW). He made the corresponding statement at a briefing in Kiev during a meeting with NATO General Jens Stoltenberg. According to him, there are currently no facts of Iran's sale to Russia.

Ukrainian services are in contact with partners and deal with these issues. "There is no fact of sale at this time," the head of state said. On September 28, analysts of the Institute of War Study (ISW) reported that Iran will be able to reach an agreement with Russia to transfer missiles after the UN Security Council resolution No. 2231 has completed, which forbids Iran to conclude such agreements.

According to experts, Sergei Shoigu, the Minister of Defense of Russia, made a visit to Tehran on September 19 in order to discuss the possibility of strengthening mutual defense and military cooperation between Russia and Iran. According to experts who referred to the information of the Western and Ukrainian special services, Russia seeks to buy Iranian ballistic missiles Zolfaghar and Fateh-110. Both of which have a radius of 300 kilometers or more.
