Based on the name, the authors conclude that Akhmat is intended for Kadyrov units, which are formally included in Rosgvardia. Probably, the Kadyrovians were sent for "foreign units" so as not to give the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation from the battlefield. However, due to panic, some of them either "lost" or accidentally hit the Ukrainian advanced units.
