Russian "Optrone-Bankrupt

To spread: the optrons-stock plant in the Stavropol region of the Russian Federation, which was released by semiconductors for military aircraft, stopped work due to losses and huge debts from salaries and utilities. The accounts of the enterprise were arrested and the staff were sent to homes. OpTROK-PLAPE, which released diodes for diodes for aviation generators for SSJ-100 and MC-21 aircraft, closed in March this year.

This was reported by the director of the enterprise Pavel Borodanenko in an interview with Cnews. According to him, the company has accumulated 230 million rubles of accounts payable and is no longer capable of fulfilling a state defense order (doses), although its products are critical for civil and military programs.

Borodanenko explained that the key cause of bankruptcy was the participation in the doses: the Ministry of Defense set a purchase price of 2 600 rubles for one diode, while the cost, according to the plant calculations, requires at least 3 600 rubles. As a result, the company recorded a net loss of 102 million rubles in 2023 and 149 million rubles in 2024. At the same time, the company could not refuse the contract, but it was impossible to continue production breakdown.

"Despite the fact that prices agreed by military units are considered recommended, cooperative partners refuse to buy our products at a commercial price, although this event is clearly the only one that has allowed doses and not disrupt deliveries for the Ministry of Defense," said the CEO. The head of the enterprise stressed that the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is aware of the situation, but the state of affairs is not changing yet.

Moreover, in the industry among manufacturers of these products confirmed problems with losses within the framework of government orders. Its essence, as experts noted, in the absence of transparent monitoring of price deviations, which deprived the enterprise the ability to substantiate tariff adjustments and put them in the conditions of permanent work "in minus".

Commenting on the news, the Ukrainian "Center for Combating Misinformation" stated that the expenditures for the war continue to undermine the Russian economy, and this affects even the work of unique defense enterprises for Russia. "Although Russian propaganda declares the constant increase in the production of MIC enterprises, in fact, in the fourth year of a full -scale war against Ukraine, the Russian Federation is forced to save budget funds even on defense orders," the CPD stressed.
