Payments to the military: what payments give the soldiers after release

In the event of release, the state must pay several types of assistance in the event of dismissal. Ukrainian servicemen who are dismissed will be able to count on payments and compensations. Lawyers explained what forms of financial assistance are available for fighters. This was reported by representatives of the human rights organization "Legal Hundred" to every serviceman upon dismissal, the state is obliged to provide several types of support.

These include: monetary compensation for unspecified property property belongs to all dismissed servicemen, but the term and cadets have no right to it. In order to obtain compensation, it is necessary to draw up a certificate on the value of the unique property in the form established by the Government Resolution No. 178 of March 16, 2016.

This certificate is issued by the material service of the military unit, and the amount of compensation is calculated on the basis of the value of the property for January 1 of the current year. After that, the serviceman must write a report on compensation by adding the original help. The commander of the part issues an order on the results of consideration of the report, which indicates the amount of monetary compensation. This document will serve as a basis for payment of funds.

Servicemen can also receive a 50% compensation for each year of military service after dismissal. These payments are available to all servicemen, except for term, in case of dismissal for health reasons. Compensation is provided in the presence of at least ten calendar years, if the dismissal has occurred: In addition, two categories of servicemen are entitled to payment of 25% of the monthly cash for each full calendar year of military service, provided that they are at least ten. calendar years.

This applies: one -time financial assistance is paid during service, starting from the moment of the last enrollment in military service, without taking into account the previous period of service. It also provides one -time assistance for cadets who did not have military ranks before joining a military educational institution, as well as for conscripts dismissed from service or training.

The amount of assistance is eight salaries, and for children-orphans and children deprived of parental care-12 salaries. Servicemen called for service during the mobilization or martial law, as well as reservists, pay a lump sum cash assistance of 4% of the monthly cash for each full calendar month of service. This amount may not be less than 25% of the wage.

The assistance is paid from the calculation of cash without taking into account various rewards, taking into account only the full months of service after conscription. All servicemen, except for sections, have the right to receive financial assistance for "solving social and household issues".

Its size should not exceed the cash security, which includes: in addition, to servicemen dismissed from service who were entitled to help for health and which was not paid during the year, payment should be made on the basis of the order of the commander of the part on the exclusion from the lists of personnel , indicating the right to receive this payment.
