The farthest engine for the production of ballistic missiles of the Armed Forces...

Five Iskander Plants: Satellite showed new engines for the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation (photo)

The farthest engine for the production of ballistic missiles of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is located more than 3 thousand km from Ukraine. The other four - at a much closer distance, show the satellite data. Russia builds or restores five production shops that will produce solid fuel engines for RS RF missiles. Engines of this type are installed, among other things, on the ballistic missiles "Iskander-M" and on intercontinental ballistic missiles "Yars".

Fabian Ginz's defense and military analysis researcher explained where the factories will appear and what product nomenclature they will probably produce. The explanation appeared on November 18 at the International Institute for Strategic Studies (IISS). The analysts of the Institute have explored a series of photos of Russian territory that made Maxar satellites from July to October 2024.

The photo shows five areas where the Russian Federation began the restoration or construction of factories, or workshops, from the production of solid fuel engines for different types of missiles. It is stated that the Kremlin has reconstruated the old shops that have remained since the USSR, building a new infrastructure.

In the photo-five points in which the Russians are strongly built: Bovsk (Novosibirsk region, more than 3 thousand km from Ukraine), Kamiansk-Shakhtarsk (near Lugansk, 200 km from the front line), Dzerzhinsk (near Moscow , 460 km), the village of Morozov (under St. Petersburg, for 1 thousand km). Analysts have noticed new cleared areas, new structures, new buildings, and rehabilitated shops.

The article explains that solid fuel engines are used on rockets that are used by the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation for strikes in Ukraine. New industries will produce engines for Iskander-M (ballistics), Tornado-C (RSSV), anti-aircraft systems C-300P and C-400. They also refer to intercontinental ballistic missiles and ballistic missiles that run from submarines.

At the same time, they pay attention to the fact that the Kremlin rarely praises achievements in this field, instead tells more about design bureaus, which are developing the missiles. What are the coordinates of the missile engines and what products they have to mark the factories on the map, then the farthest - in Boyysk, 3 thousand km from Ukraine. The closest - near Moscow (400 km) and Lugansk (200 km).

"Expanding the capacity of solid fuel installations could allow Russia to replenish and expand the available arsenal of key systems located in Ukraine," the analyst summed up, explaining that the Russian Federation is trying to cope with the deficit with which the DPRK helps it.

It should be noted that on the night of November 17, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched almost 200 means of damage in Ukraine, 120 of which-missiles of different types: from "Iskander" to "calibers", "daggers", "zircon", X-101 and others. The Russians kissed energy, said President Volodymyr Zelenskyy: exploded from Kremenchuk to Yaremche.
