Mobilize pensioners and pregnant women: how Russians prepare for a truce fakes about Ukraine

Propagandists prepare the Russians to have to end the war. In their opinion, it will end with truce, because "Ukraine no longer wants to fight. " In the center of combating misinformation, they told about popular IPSO in the Russian media. Last week, Roszma appeared that Ukrainians were being offered a false death certificate to avoid mobilization.

Some company in Darknet promised to fake a certificate of death with all the accompanying documents for $ 10,000, as well as to organize a false funeral, if necessary. Focus asked experts from the Center for Combating NSDC misinformation to check that this news is Russian IPSO. "We checked for a few days. There was neither news nor even mention in the Ukrainian information space.

I think it is an internal propaganda aimed at the Russians to show how in Ukraine allegedly do not want to fight," says focus head of the Department of Collection and Monitoring of information of the NSDC CPD of Ukraine Alina Bondarchuk. According to the expert, in Ukraine it is technically impossible to "record" a living person in the dead. To do this, she will have to bury alive. Fake death certificates appeared on the Russian social network "VKontakte", from where it was spread by the media.

Recently, it is increasingly noticeable in the information space that Russians have been preparing for negotiations between Kiev and Moscow, Bondarchuk notes. One of the popular narratives repeated by Russian politicians and media experts - "every war ends with a truce. " Moreover, the task of propagandists to present everything as if Ukraine insists on the end of the war, because no longer wants to fight. And the Russians are a side that must agree generously.

Putin, however, in the eyes of a Russian inhabitant should look as neutral as possible, who is not related to the failures of "his". For this purpose, the main mouthpieces of the Kremlin - TV presenter Volodymyr Solovyov, as well as journalist Olga Skabeva, increasingly on live broadcasts are offensively at the address of the head of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoig and the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Valery Gerasimov.

According to Bondarchuk, propagandists in this way want to distance the President of the Russian Federation from the military leadership of the country and show that he was not guilty, because he allegedly did not send people to war. The topic of mobilization in Ukraine is one of the main areas of Russian IPSO, says Bondarchuk. Literally, any news about this is twisted in favor of Russian propaganda.

When a new order of military accounting for women medical and pharmacists came into force on October 1, Rosmi wrote that Ukraine was going to mobilize all women. After a while, they said that it was a matter of doctors, although the state registration does not mean instant conscription. Popular in Russian media history was "mobilization of teenagers". They wrote that Ukraine has closed the possibility of traveling abroad for 16-year-old boys. And also mobilization of pregnant women.

"One woman showed a pregnant woman on the network, after which we launched a campaign in Russia, as if we were preparing to mobilize pregnant women," Bondarchuk says. The last trend of IPSO is the call of pensioners. In September, a bill was registered in the Verkhovna Rada, which proposed to remove age restrictions for servicemen older than 60 years, if they want to continue their service. Roszmi has distorted everything as if Ukraine was preparing to send pensioners to war.

In addition to mobilization, the Russian Federation actively promoted the idea of unfairness of the Ukrainian military. Allegedly soldiers sell through Darknet western weapons. "We understand that on the front, the Russians take a trophy weapon. They bring it to Russia, show journalists, they take pictures, after which information appears in Roszm, as if Ukrainians were selling an American machine in Darknet," Bondaruchuk sums up.
