The Russian President was personally met by the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Valery Gerasimov, who reported about the situation at the front. Russian President Vladimir Putin visited the headquarters of the Southern Military District in Rostov-on-Don, where he was reported about the course of the so-called "his". Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov informed this in a comment to the Russian TASS.

"Returning with Perm, President Putin drove to Rostov, where he visited the Russian Armed Forces headquarters," he said. According to Peskov, the situation on the front of Putin was reported by the head of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation Valery Gerasimov. "There were other conversations with representatives of the top management of the Ministry of Defense," Peskov added. As you can see in the published footage, Putin flew to Rostov-on-Don.
